Ladies' Day in the Park Presents: Kari Grunberg

This weekend I spent adventuring around NYC. I stayed with photographer Jesse Hawk who works in the industry and has fabulous stories about all manners of torrid and exhausting photo work for his high-profile boss. We went out in Brooklyn, ate delicious food, drank a cheap beer or two, and went for a photography motorcycle ride. My previous motorcycle-inclinations were confirmed, so I will be learning to ride and getting my license soon! It will be tricky timing it before winter, but that's the plan. Hold on....

During the day on Saturday I had the utmost pleasure to spend a delightful afternoon with NYU singer/performer extraordinaire Kari Grunberg in Central Park. An up-and-coming, down-to-earth, damsel diva, she's fabulous and smart to boot. We had a great time catching up and shot a few test shots in the park in anticipation of our studio shoot we're planning later this fall. Here are a few of her favorite photos; enjoy.

Trying Not to Be the Worst

I apologize for being The Worst recently; I just moved to NY last weekend and had to wrestle my life into and out of a moving van while working full time and attending class.
