I share a lot of client work on the blog these days because that's a lot of what I'm working on, but wanted to take a brief break to share some personal photos. I've been borrowing a Mamiya RZ67 (thanks Daniel!) and have used it for personal projects, along with a few day-to-day snapshots. I recently developed the 120mm film while in NYC and wanted to share.
Here are a few of my favorites, an intimate set of images of my partner Martin Swift and I from early one summer Saturday morning. Details like the coffee cup tucked onto the window sill, his sketch in progress, and a tangle of headphones discarded next to my notebook offer a look into our daily life. I find those quieter moments, steeped in routine and early morning light, to be among my most treasured. I'm glad to share a glimpse.
Here's a contemporary take on Throwback Thursday - have a great one.
