The last business in my shoot for American Express' Small Business Saturday campaign was with New Columbia Distillers, who make Green Hat gin. First things first, I'm a gin woman. Given the choice on the rare opportunities that I indulge, gin is always my cocktail du jour. That makes the Green Hat guys pretty top in my book, plus they are friendly and work hard to boot. I've taken their tour and these guys definitely know their stuff - I can't wait for them to expand into other spirits!
