If you follow me on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook then you've already heard the news - over the last month I've started shooting for several branches of the Washington Post, and couldn't be more excited.
One thing at a time! ;) First, I'm taking on the Sunday Style section's The Scene column, where I pitch and shoot what's happening out on the town in DC. From the glamorous to the edgy, I'll be sharing my "social reportage" at least once a week in the paper and online. The first issue is on newsstands today, and you can check out the extended slide show HERE and check out the full print layout HERE.
I've also been shooting some really excited fashion projects for The Post's quarterly FW Magazine. Since the issue doesn't come out until next month I can't share the details quite yet, but look forward to sharing when they do!
Finally, I did a fantastically fun portrait project for Express, The Post's daily in which we profiled four vintage store owners styled in contemporary ways. Givenchy pants with a vintage sequined top and velvet turbin? YES PLEASE! It's already off newsstands, but you can check out the digital feature HERE. Some of my favorite outtakes are below as well - we worked with Amalgamated Vintage, Blues Hard Goods, Treasury Vintage, and Legendary Beast. Many thanks to the editorial team Jennifer Barger and Holley Simmons, and Shannon Cusello for hair and makeup magic, as usual.
