Last night I had the pleasure of meeting Eric Channing Brewer, founder of DC style institution Dandies and Quaintrelles. As any stylish person in DC knows, D&Q puts together the Tweed Ride and Seersucker Social, among several other events that foster a quirky and sophisticated vintage style. For a style photographer interested in how people choose to express themselves and identify with their heritage in a visual way, D&Q is pure gold. Here are a few shots I took of Eric, who was by far the best-dressed person at the event I was photographing last night.
Trust me, I had a little moment when I saw his socks.
We also chatted about partnering together to create some style-oriented art...I love to work collaboratively and have the opportunity to learn from other artists in a direct way.
