I had the pleasure of partnering with Canopy by Hilton on a super fun ad campaign. Canopy is Hilton's new lifestyle hotel brand that will be built around #ThoughtfullyLocal experiences and details - think local beer tastings, cool co-working spaces and installations by local artists. Going local in style? YES PLEASE!
As part of their local influencer program, I crafted an integrated social media campaign for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest that featured my DC highlights. I photographed my favorite small businesses, shops, eateries, and art destinations with an eye toward bold colors, strong line, and of course, major local flavor. With my previous career in marketing and social media before I became a professional photographer, this kind of job is total catnip for me. I had a blast!
