Happy Monday! Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending Asia After Dark, an after-hours party at the prestigious Freer/Sackler Gallery of Art at the Smithsonian. In a chic sheath dress by Theory, I stepped out into the last of the balmy summer air to take some reportage photos for Brightest Young Things.
From interactive 3-D printing (Abe Lincoln's head!) to bone preservation and tai chi workshops, the programming engaged partygoers imaginations, intellects, and social skills. With a DJ spinning in the courtyard and old-school kung fu movies being projected, the atmosphere was perfectly fun, sophisticated, and smart. I definitely recommend! Enjoy the photos, and you can check out the full set HERE.
